2021 Estate Bottled Whiskey Hill Pinot Noir
Our Whiskey Hill Pinot Noir is always completely unfiltered, un-fined and made with limited intervention. This really lets the vintage shine & be the main focus. Every year we rack this straight from barrels, rack it again and then bottle it, no filtering or extra fining. This is aged with 20% brand new oak barrels.

2021 Estate Gamay Noir
Gamay is a cousin on Pinot Noir and is knows for it’s rich Cranberry flavors. We’ve chosen to embrace the cranberry and added subtle oak flavoring by using a French Oak barrel that had been filled one time already letting the fruity characteristics shine through.

2021 Syrah
This is a true cool climate Syrah. The fruit is sourced from the oldest Syrah Vineyard in all of Oregon. The vines were planted at St. Josef’s Winery, our neighbors to the north, around 1980. The cooler climate of the Willamette Valley gives a bright, vibrant & flavorful Syrah. Aged in 25% new American Oak Barrels.

2021 Leon Millot
This cool climate French Hybrid is packed with flavor. It can be deceiving though… it looks like a big dark red but it has flavors of blackberry & marionberry. Aged in 20% new American Oak Barrels.

2021 Estate Marechal Foch
We were extremely lucky to pick this fruit just days before the smoke from the 2020 wildfires decimated the remainder of the 2020 vintage. Marechal Foch has a close following with people driving from all over the Willamette Valley just to find this wine! It’s known as the “ink” around the winery because it is so dark colored!
